What You’ll Do

This is a sales and relationship-driven role focused on introducing new members to the Orangetheory experience and helping our studio grow.

Connect with every guest and member who enters the studio with energy, confidence, and a passion for fitness
Lead engaging introductions (“intros”) that educate prospective members on the Orangetheory workout and its results
Conduct studio tours and deliver a consultative experience that helps prospects understand how Orangetheory fits their goals
Guide first-time guests through their initial experience, partnering with coaches to ensure a welcoming and motivating first workout
Drive membership sales by converting leads into committed members of the Orangetheory community=
Follow up with prospects and past guests through calls, texts, and email to build relationships and close sales
Support local marketing and community outreach efforts to generate new leads and partnerships
Maintain a professional and organized studio environment that reflects the Orangetheory brand

About Us

Orangetheory is a science-based, full-body workout that uses technology to measure performance so members can prove they are improving. In a 60-minute class, led by a highly trained and certified coach, members target at least twelve minutes in the Orange Zone to raise their heart rate and charge up metabolism. The result is an increase in calorie burn post-workout, backed by the science of excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC). After twelve minutes of hard work in the Orange Zone, your body burns additional calories as you recover over the next 24 hours.
